We are a woman-owned and family-operated business that honors quality. We proudly serve products that exemplify our love for cooking. Our reverence for the Alaskan salmon and its incorporation in our food is what defines us.
Over the past 16 years, I have cooked for family and friends, and I have fine-tuned my recipes in the process. My salmon cake recipe has always been one of the most celebrated.
I ventured into the culinary world after taking time to perfect the process and ingredients of my salmon cakes. Since getting started, I haven’t looked back. I love sharing my handcrafted, locally-sourced salmon cakes with my community.
I feel grateful for the support of my husband and children. They, along with my drive to create and share my beloved recipes, have helped me to make Alaska Salmon Cakes a reality.
It would have remained a dream that would have never come to fruition without them. I feel proud of what I have created and most grateful to those who contribute and support me on this journey. Thank you for being a part of it.

Keep The Quality Local!
Our Sockeye salmon is sourced locally from one of Alaska’s top Seafood distributors, 10th & M Seafood. The quality and freshness is at its finest and most pristine in this part of the world. We are fortunate for this abundance of one of Alaska’s most-treasured and sought after resources.
Most of our herbs are supplied from our local farmers during the summer harvest. In the winter, we source quality dried herbs and spices from our local shop, The Spice & Tea Exchange.
